Free delivery is generally available on qualifying orders from AED 599. Installation is carried out by the brand's authorised service centre, and warranty is the brand's manufacturer warranty.
Delivery windows
Delivery timing depends on where the order is going and on the brand, because larger appliances are handled through brand logistics. As a general guide, Dubai orders arrive in about 1 to 2 business days and the other emirates in about 2 to 7 business days.
Large appliances need access planning: check door widths, stairwells and lift dimensions, because a range cooker or a wide refrigerator that cannot reach the kitchen has to be resolved before delivery rather than on the day.
Delivery cost

Installation
KitchenByPro supplies appliances; it does not carry out the installation itself. Where a brand offers installation as part of an offer, that is arranged through the brand.

Warranty and returns

Unopened eligible products may generally be returned within 7 days, subject to the current policy. Damage or defect issues should be reported promptly, within 24 hours of delivery under KitchenByPro's established operational rule, because a damaged appliance is far harder to resolve once it has been connected or installed. Where a refund applies, processing has generally been communicated as about 7 to 10 working days.
