In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be offered an alternative product, credit note, or full refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed upon successful receipt of payment. KitchenByPro reserves the right to cancel or revise any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or supplier constraints.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on brand schedules, logistics, and site readiness.

Deliveries are carried out by brand partners or authorized logistics providers. While KitchenByPro coordinates the process, delays due to external factors such as supplier scheduling, traffic conditions, or site readiness may occur.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access and readiness at the delivery location. Any failed or rescheduled delivery due to site-related or customer-related reasons may result in additional charges.

5. Inspection on Delivery

All products must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Any shortage, visible damage, or discrepancy must be reported immediately upon receipt. Products are considered accepted in good condition once delivery is completed and acknowledged.

6. Installation

Installation is not included unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Where installation is applicable, it is carried out by brand-authorized teams or third-party providers as per the respective brand’s scope. Certain products, including sinks, mixers, and accessories, do not include installation services unless specifically mentioned.

If installation is not stated for a product, it should be understood that installation is not provided. KitchenByPro does not undertake installation services directly and is not responsible for installation methods, workmanship, or site conditions.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties as per the respective brand’s policies.

Warranty claims, servicing, and technical support are handled directly by the brand or its authorized service centers. KitchenByPro may assist in coordinating communication; however, resolution timelines and service quality remain under the responsibility of the respective brand.

8. Product Condition & Usage

Products must be handled, installed, and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Any issues arising due to improper handling, incorrect installation, or misuse after delivery will not be considered manufacturing defects.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original unopened packaging, subject to approval.

Returned items must be in resalable condition and from the same batch as supplied. Opened, used, or installed items are not eligible for return.

For orders collected directly from brand warehouses (applicable to selected brands), customers are responsible for arranging the return of goods to the respective brand location.

Return processing timelines may vary depending on the brand’s schedule and may typically take 3–4 working days from receipt of the returned material.

Refunds or credit notes will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by the respective brand. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account, subject to standard processing timelines.

KitchenByPro reserves the right to apply applicable restocking, collection, or handling charges and to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

10. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations may be considered prior to dispatch.

Where applicable, administrative, handling, or transaction charges may be deducted. Orders that have already been dispatched or processed by the brand may not be eligible for cancellation.

11. Limitation of Role

KitchenByPro acts as a platform connecting customers with authorized brand partners.

Delivery, installation, warranty, and after-sales service are executed by the respective brands. KitchenByPro facilitates the transaction and communication but is not the direct service provider for these functions.

12. Liability

KitchenByPro shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or service-related issues arising from third-party logistics providers, brand partners, or installation teams.

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, confirming a quotation, or making a payment through KitchenByPro, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
