Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

7-day return support for eligible unused items (conditions apply).
At KitchenByPro, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. As we operate in partnership with authorized brand partners, all return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to product condition, timelines, and approval by the respective brand.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original unopened packaging, in resalable condition, and match the original specifications supplied.
Products that are opened, used, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Proof of purchase (Order, Quotation, or Invoice reference) is required for all return requests.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, customers must contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 471 7253 and share the Order Number, Quotation, or Invoice reference along with clear images of the packed box from all sides and the reason for return.
All requests are subject to review and approval by the respective brand.
Upon confirmation, the return will be completed either through brand-arranged pickup or by customer drop-off at the designated brand location, depending on the product, brand policy, and original order method.
Return collection or processing may typically take 2–4 working days, depending on the brand’s schedule.
KitchenByPro reserves the right to reject incomplete or unclear return requests.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via Email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
Refunds or credit notes will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by the respective brand.
If approved, the refund will typically be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method and processing timelines.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as applicable:
Bank Transfer – Customers may be required to provide valid UAE bank account details
Tabby Orders – Refunds will be processed directly through Tabby as per their policy
Please note:
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Applicable handling, collection, or restocking charges may be deducted where applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed through a return-and-reorder system and are subject to brand approval. Two exchange options are available:
Option 1: Brand Pickup (Standard Process)
The customer may request a return through brand-arranged pickup for eligible orders.
This option is not available for orders originally collected by the customer from a brand warehouse.
The product will be collected and sent to the respective brand for inspection and approval. This process may typically take 3–4 working days depending on the brand’s schedule.
Once approved, a refund or credit note will be issued. The customer may then place a new order for the replacement item, which will be delivered as per the standard delivery timeline.
Option 2: Warehouse Drop-Off (Faster Process – Selected Brands Only)
For selected brands, customers may return the product directly to the brand warehouse, subject to prior approval.
If the customer wishes to complete the exchange immediately, a new order must be placed and paid for in advance.
At the time of return, the customer may hand over the original product and collect the new product against the new order. The original order will then be processed as a return, and the refund will be issued after inspection and approval by the brand.
Immediate exchange without placing a new order is not available at warehouse locations.
Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products that are opened, used, or installed
Products not in original packaging or not in resalable condition
Products damaged after delivery due to handling or installation
Requests raised beyond the applicable timelines
Important Note
KitchenByPro operates as a platform supplying products through authorized brand partners. Return approvals, inspections, timelines, and final decisions are dependent on the respective brand’s policies and processes.
KitchenByPro reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
