At KitchenbyPro.com, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in unopened original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that have been opened, used, installed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to initiate a return request.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging

📦 Damage Claims

Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any physical damage or missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

To report damage, email us at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. Damage claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Damaged items will be inspected, and if approved by the brand, a replacement may be arranged. Brands reserve the right to decline replacement for items that are used or installed.


💳 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by Email or WhatsApp about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the following method:

  • Bank Transfer – Customers must provide valid UAE bank account details.
  • Tabby Orders – If the purchase was made using Tabby, the refund will be processed directly through Tabby.

📌 Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider – some processing delays may apply.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once approved.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


📦 Return Shipping Instructions

Return pickup will be coordinated with you after approval. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer unless instructed by our team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
