Maintains the desired pan temperature automatically after heating up to avoid scorching – fryingSensor Plus.

fryingSensor Plus ensures vegetables stay firm, while fish and meat are cooked just right. Just select the cooking zone and desired heat level. When this temperature is reached, it is continously monitored and regulated by temperature sensors inside the hob. What’s more, the regulated heat protects vitamins and nutrients, and helps to maximise the life of your cookwares’ sensitive coatings.

Adjust heat levels in three steps just by moving the cookware – powerMove Plus.

powerMove Plus separates your cooktop into three different heat zones, which are activated by simply placing your pans on them. You can adjust power levels simply by moving the cookware. Go from high-temperature roasting at the front to keeping meals warm at the back, as you move the pots and pans from one spot to another.

The turbocharger for powerInduction: powerBoost function.

The powerBoost function increases power by up to 50 %. This can save up to 35 % of the time it takes to heat up pots or cook large quantities.
