At KitchenbyPro.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. While we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or product preference, we are committed to supporting you in cases where items are delivered defective or damaged.
🔄 Exchange Eligibility
We only offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging.
Any exchange request made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
📩 To initiate an exchange request, please email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.
🔍 Inspection & Approval
Once your exchange request is received, our team will coordinate with the brand or supplier to assess the issue.
- If approved, we will arrange a free replacement of the same item.
- If the same item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product or a refund (as per our Refund Policy).
- Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange.
🚚 Exchange Process
- File an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our support team will review the issue and notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a pickup will be arranged, and the replacement product will be delivered once the returned item has been inspected.
❗Important Notes
- We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Preference for a different size, model, or color
- Wrong purchase decision
- Exchanges are only possible for the same item in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
