🚚 Delivery Timeframes
We offer fast and reliable delivery across all Emirates:
- Dubai: Delivery within 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain): Delivery within 2–7 business days
Note: Business days exclude Sunday and public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly during promotional periods or high-demand seasons.
📦 Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above AED 599
- Orders below AED 599 may incur a standard delivery fee of AED 30.
📍 Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid any delivery delays.
🛑 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery team will contact you before dispatch or upon arrival. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient:
- A second attempt may be scheduled.
- Additional charges may apply for repeated failed attempts or re-delivery requests.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
📸 Delivery Inspection
We encourage customers to inspect their items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or discrepancies, report it within 24 hours via [email protected] with relevant photos.
🚫 Out-of-Delivery Areas
If your location falls outside our delivery zones, we’ll notify you promptly after order placement and either arrange alternative delivery or issue a full refund.
🏬 Click & Collect / Store Pickup
We offer a Click & Collect / Store Pickup service for select brands:

Elba, Elica, Liebherr, Algor, Foster, and CM
Once your order is confirmed, our team will notify you with pickup details, including:
- Pickup location
- Available date and time
- Contact person for assistance
Please wait for a confirmation message or call before visiting for collection. Walk-in pickups without confirmation may not be accepted.

A valid order confirmation and ID must be presented at the time of collection.
