The “Chef” Mode
This patented technology from De Dietrich gives you access to nine completely automated cooking options. Simply choose the one specified in the menu and adjust the oven rack to the recommended height for the food as suggested by the oven.
Culinary Guide
You may choose from as many as 35 different recipes. Once you select a pre-set dish and enter the weight of its ingredient, the integrated pyrolysis oven calculates the correct cooking mode, temperature, and duration down to the minute.
