At the KitchenByPro.com website, we accept two forms of payment: credit/debit cards and Buy Now Pay Later by Tabby.
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, and Mastercard. Customers can call us or use our online portal to enter their card details securely on our partner’s website and complete their purchase in a matter of minutes. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers for security reasons.
Buy Now Pay Later by Tabby: We also offer customers the option to use the Buy Now Pay Later feature by Tabby. This allows customers to split their purchases into installments, with no interest or hidden fees. Customers can choose to pay in installments over a period of up to 4 months.
We do not accept cash on delivery for safety reasons, and to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process for our customers.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be returned to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
