Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access and readiness at the delivery location. Any failed or rescheduled delivery due to site-related or customer-related reasons may result in additional charges.<\/p>

5. Inspection on Delivery<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

All products must be inspected at the time of delivery.<\/p>

Any shortage, visible damage, or discrepancy must be reported immediately upon receipt. Products are considered accepted in good condition once delivery is completed and acknowledged.<\/p>

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original unopened packaging, subject to approval.<\/p>

Returned items must be in resalable condition and from the same batch as supplied. Opened, used, or installed items are not eligible for return.<\/p>

For orders collected directly from brand warehouses (applicable to selected brands), customers are responsible for arranging the return of goods to the respective brand location.<\/p>

Return processing timelines may vary depending on the brand\u2019s schedule and may typically take 3\u20134 working days from receipt of the returned material.<\/p>

Refunds or credit notes will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by the respective brand. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or bank account, subject to standard processing timelines.<\/p>

KitchenByPro reserves the right to apply applicable restocking, collection, or handling charges and to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.<\/p>

10. Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Order cancellations may be considered prior to dispatch.<\/p>

Where applicable, administrative, handling, or transaction charges may be deducted. Orders that have already been dispatched or processed by the brand may not be eligible for cancellation.<\/p>
