Comprehensive Description
The CM METRO BLACK is a 60cm built-in gas oven with a 72 litre gross capacity and a black enamelled cavity. It runs on gas for both the oven and the grill, with four cooking functions, a rotisserie and turnspit, automatic ignition and thermostatic control that holds the temperature you set. A flame failure device cuts the gas if the flame goes out, and the double glass door is easy to remove for cleaning with a low-E inner pane that keeps heat in. Four shelf levels and a mechanical timer cover everyday cooking, and the frameless black glass front sits flush in a standard 60cm cabinet.
